And so the whole family rolls up to this, like, tent revival, like, shucking and bucking church service in the middle of, like, Burbina, Alabama.

With this crippled child in their arms, arguing about who's going to have to take him in there.

Because none of my folks went to church at that point.

They didn't want anything to do with it.

And so it's, you, I ain't taking him in there.

You take him in there.

Where the hell I'm going in, you take him in there.

And so my belligerent, drunk, freaking...

Hammered great-granddad was like fine y'all I'll take him and this drunk comes stumbling down the aisle with his crippled child that hadn't walked in eight months and The preacher was like what's wrong with him?

And this is 70 year old man bawling his eyes out about, you know, how this, you know, miraculous thing happened to him as a child that he can't explain.

What a story.

So that's how my life kind of kicked off.
