Sorry, I lost track of where I was going from it.

Yeah, most people, they only know me from the film side, which is great.

absolutely warranted um and i've been afforded so much grace with it because most people you know i've gotten a hit a level three different times with talladega knights and wimpy kid and greyhound that most people never hit at all right if they do they hit it once maybe and by the time they do they're

you know, Morgan Freeman's age doing Driving Miss Daisy when he's 60 and his grandparents and his parents and all the people that put in the work to raise this starving artist aren't around to see him do it.

And dude, if I never work again, got my money's worth.

If I get smoked by the pedal trolley on Broadway tonight, do not weep for me.

And when it all kind of rolls around,

Most people know me for film, but I've toured my whole life.

And so for me, in my own mind, to be considered someone who's not just doing music,

for this, that, or the other, you know, because they got bored or because they hit it on a, you know, social media platform, it was really important to me to write this whole record myself.

And, um, you know, this is, it's called Living and Women Volume 1 because when all my band would get together to pray before a show, whether it was Broadway, whether it was opening for Casting Crowns, the general prayer request was, hell, Living and Women, that kind of covers, that covers it.

That, that covers it.

And so, um,

I wrote 11 of the 13 songs that are on here, and that's because two of them are covers.

And so we started slow rolling that out back in October.

And we'll see where it goes.

I figure I'll write this whole one myself, which I have, and then the next one.

And then somebody else can live through hell, and I'll just pick the songs that I know I can communicate.

And that's the crazy part about being an actor that I never thought would lend itself to music.
