I don't know if the taser bounced off of him and he just got an unlucky shot of the taser or if Phil is just in Hulk mode at that point or whatever.
They just say the taser is ineffective in all the sources.
So I don't know if he just is like, you think that hurts?
I knew a guy who ripped the leads out and then broke two cop dogs legs and was charged for attempted murder.
So no surprise there, right?
And he was on a Herculean amount of alcohol at the time.
