Sam, thank you very much.
We've had a few celebrities over the years.
Tom's probably down the list a bit.
I mean, who are the other celebrities?
I wouldn't like to embarrass them by bringing it up, but no, I think you're right.
I think cricket has really made a breakthrough in the US and will continue to make a big breakthrough.
So Tom won't be the first or the last that's walking through the doors at the Greg Chappell Cricket Centre.
Yeah, not a lot.
I mean, it's been very hard.
I've tried to keep in touch through a mutual friend of Imran, but even they can't get the real up-to-date information.
But, you know, I've been worried for some time, obviously, concerned that he's in there, he's basically in solitary, he's got no interaction with anyone, no telephones, no light,
He's basically in a hole and that is just unacceptable.
For some time, I've wondered what I can do as an individual.
And it was only in a conversation with my friend Darshak Mehta in Sydney talking about it.
We both were concerned.
And I made the comment that one lone voice in the dark probably is not going to make much difference.
And he said, well, why don't you enlist some other Australian captains?
So we started off on that track.
And then all of a sudden, well, why not talk to other captains?
captains, international captains who played with against Imran along the way or knew him from somewhere.
