Now, Spoh, Spoh is somebody who does not, he's very polite, very professional with the media, but doesn't have very much use for me.
And just doesn't want to sit down and do a South Beach session, even though I think he would be interesting.
He just, over the years, he doesn't dislike me, but he's not interested in helping me do my job.
And he's not interested in opening.
I've told you guys this story before.
This is something I've never learned the lessons on, okay?
Some of you guys don't know this story.
Original Marlins manager Rene Latchman, okay?
They're 30-31 in their inaugural season through 61 games.
That's pretty good.
And I've written something off of the game they lost that questioned all of his fifth-inning decisions.
And so when you say I stand on shenanigans, he's upset about something.
He's like, are you going to cover us this way all year?
And I'm like, come on, Latch, it's sports.
It's fun.
And he's like, no, this is my business and my life.
And I'm like, you're in your underwear, like you're standing, you're wrestling.
Right now, in your underwear, when you're yelling at me, all of this is silly.
I do stand on shenanigans, and you'd understand why Mario Cristobal and Eric Spolster don't have any time for that.
But that shenanigans right there, those headlines are not fair to me.
