It's just horrible.
The statement of charges says Weber then pulled the vehicle over and asked the passengers to remove Wells from the car, which they refused.
So he shot the guy and then wanted him removed from the car.
Right.
So that's the one thing he could not do was grab this man and pull him out of the car.
I could drive.
I could play cornhole.
I could shoot the dude in the head.
But getting him out of the car, that's I got to stop right there.
