Yeah, right.
I mean, when the PS5 Pro is being kind of rumored and being announced, we heard several devs kind of off the record say, man, we haven't even gotten the most we can out of the PS5 yet.
Yeah.
And I think...
I think a lot of right things had to happen in order for this to go extraordinarily wrong.
Um, and a lot of those right things were Sony pivoting to games as a service and games that were already three years in development, two and a half years, four years in development.
Those games get sort of taken off and wiped from existence.
And that's, that's a massive ass chunk of time.
And especially with you mentioning, you know, and Barrett mentioning how long games are being taking are taking to develop.
Um,
I think that we now have so much less time to fuck up and make a colossal mistake.
Because pivoting doesn't mean we're going to get back to this other indie project and we'll be done with that a year and a half.
Or I say indie project, smaller project within our team that we were also kind of co-developing.
It doesn't really turn around that quickly anymore.
You have to right the ship of...
usually leading to layoffs and then, all right, all 300 people at our studio, all 200, whatever, however many it is.
Now we have to pivot and make something else.
And that's not a quick turnaround.
That's going to take a long time.
So it's like, you're, you're definitely not wrong.
