This coming the day after State of Play makes us feel like they must have considered it and for some reason just said, no, this doesn't fit. And I want to understand the reason why it didn't fit in the State of Play.
Now, a question about this DLC for you, Tim, is... How long do we keep getting Astro Bot DLC for?

Which is exciting. Super exciting. One thing I want to layer on top of that, having been to Team Asobi, the studio, is one of the things me and Roger got to see while we were there is their process in making levels. And one of the level designers, literally, he had us watching over his desk and showed us him essentially forming new areas in a level and kind of showed how...

Easy is probably not the right word, but I guess streamlined everything is, and how much they've improved everything since even Astro Bot Rescue Mission and then also Astro's Playroom. They've taken those tools and really streamlined. So I do wonder if this is a thing of, hey, dude, like, I had some time in my free time. I'm just going to tinker around, make some new levels.

Oh man, this feels like it's building towards something. I think I can get this into a stage where we can push it as an update. Yeah, let's do that. Like that's free content for our players. That's goodwill. That's something that's, you know, going to be exciting for them. And it's going to, I think a lot of people just fall in love with Team Asobi that much more. But it is that wild thing of,

I would have expected, I guess, that cut off of, all right, boom, we're done. We're moving on to the next thing. But, like, I don't know. This is a thing I think we should shout out of. Wow, this is so cool. But also a thing that just bewilders me as far as, all right, but, like, when are you going to start? When are we going to get the next thing, right?

I want to bring in some super chats from the audience. El Capitan 22 writes in and says, yeah, I don't get the hate for this state of play. Plenty of games for me here, and I still have a backlog. Like, why should I care if the games are third party or first party? I'm buying them. Yeah, it's bizarre stuff. Yeah. It really is. I think it's based on expectations, right? And, like, I think...

we're so in the trenches of watching every showcase and watching every state of play that I think we have built up sort of the rule set in our heads of what we expect to see from these things. We've been saying for years of, you're not going to see this thing at a state of play. You're going to see it at a PlayStation showcase and vice versa. Right. I think we have that built, but,

When I go on Blue Sky or probably more so Twitter in the last day and seeing people tweet about being upset about it, I do see people being like, where's the first party? Where's the next God of War? And I'm like, yo, that was never going to be here. That's not what gameplay is.

Yeah, we have answers. Not here. Not here. And honestly, like... a Housemarque game being here honestly is a surprise in a way where I'm almost like, damn, maybe you could have held that for a PlayStation showcase. I'm not mad at you for showing it here because I love seeing it.
