That's the only one.
But
For me, also, to get to a final was an amazing thing.
And then also to get accepted from the British public, as you say, and to win BBC Sports Personality of the Year was very special.
But it's one of those stories which will stay with me for good and for what if.
Unfortunately, the matches you lose are always the itch more than the matches you win.
you know, you try to appreciate your career.
Cause if you looked at Andy Murray, who talked about his career when he retired, he said, I didn't really appreciate and enjoy as many things as I should have at the time.
And he's had the most phenomenal career winning two Wimbledon's us open double gold medals.
The list can go on number one and so forth.
well dying breed is because from 2000 at Wimbledon they've changed the grass so it's rye grass now it's one millimeter longer so you can't play that serve and volley game like you used to because everything bounces mid-height perfect they've taken the air out of the ball they've added more felt on it so it fluffs up bigger so it's harder to do that as well as the technology and the string so everybody talks about the racket but
But it's lexilon, this string that creates more spin on the ball.
So when you serve and volley, it dips in your legs.
Also going to the modern racket was a change.
And people were still able to serve and volley because the balls were quicker, the courts were quicker.
The authorities wanted to get rid of that sort of, how would I describe it, as servebot.
It's only one way to describe it.
They didn't feel there was enough rallies going on.
So you'd have a Wimbledon final between Ivanisevic and Sampras and there'd be about two rallies.
And it'd be all surf.
