Okay, if you need to buy a house next month or in three months' time, that might be a bit different.
So yeah, the other thing, I suppose, helping us to sort of foster those outcomes is that in addition to being a real advocate for getting advice, is that around about 80% of our members are in growth funds.
It's almost double the industry average.
So again, that's sort of fostered.
It fostered good outcomes.
I mean, a lot of people were more prepared for it, good performance outcomes.
And the other key thing about it in which I think I mentioned the first time it came on was the culture of servicing the customer and really looking after your customers.
Whatever business you're in, whether you've got an accounting firm or you're a mechanic or a labourer, it's hard to get customers.
So you want to look after them.
You want to make sure they stay with you, grow with you in the case of KiwiSaver.
So really happy that recently we won the Consumer NZ People's Choice Award for the sixth time.
And so this is they do a questionnaire of are you happy with your KiwiSaver provider?
and all sorts of questions.
And bottom line was in terms of having customers that were very satisfied, 90% of Generate customers were very satisfied.
And that sounds like a high number, right?
It is a high number.
And the real telling aspect that the average for the industry is 62%.
And second place, I'm not going to name any names here, we don't do that, and there was a few in second place, was 75%.
That's not even close, 90 to 75%.
So really super happy about that, and it's a reflection on the customer service people, the investment team across the board in general.
