The thing that makes Nate special is that he's not doing it at 5-1.

He's doing it when they're down 3-1.

He's doing it when they need to tie the game against Minnesota.

That's really what makes him special.

That's what separates him from other guys that have the skill set that Nate has.

I mean, it's the Nate dog thing, right?

I mean, it's become cliche, but there really isn't...

There's a reason why him and Sid are kin.

It's because they're cut from the same mold of being able to do that when it matters most versus just doing it at other points in the game.

But you're right.

It's his size.

It's the ferocity with which he plays.

Size, speed.

Size, speed, soft hands.

But also just like you feel at any point he could just take his hands and rip McNabb's head off.

And there's blood spilling all over.

They got to stop the game to get the mops out.

Just that killer instinct that McKinnon has is just like, there's nobody like him.

There really is nobody like him in the league.
