And the reason I ask that is we're kind of attacking my wife's debt and my truck payment. The payment was around 3K. And then we got hit with the fact that the first year it was assessed on land value, so it shot up. And then we got... The county appraisal went up the first year before we were protected by Homestead, 60%. We appealed it, and like all our neighbors and in-laws, so the house payment shot up from $3,000 to about $4,200.
