Police, with help from U.S.
Marshals, are looking for Najee Williams.
He was charged this week with killing a rival company's drivers in December and January.
Inspector Ernest Ransom, who leads the Philadelphia Police Homicide Unit, said a territory dispute is being investigated.
The Philadelphia DA's office has already approved charges against Williams, including murder, reckless endangerment, and weapons counts.
Williams is considered armed and dangerous.

Scouting America, once known as the Boy Scouts of America, is being told to end diversity, equity, and inclusion policies by the Pentagon in line with an executive order that eliminates DEI preferencing in federal contracts.
Sean Parnell, a War Department Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs, said the Scouts, as a group affiliated with the Pentagon, fall into that category.
A post by Parnell on X claims scouting has lost its way, but they are nearing an agreement to move forward.
Scouting America told Fox News Digital among its cornerstones are good citizenship and service, and they will soon share more about how the partnership moves ahead.
