I would do a simple exercise. Let's assume they all have iPhone. You open your phone settings and you go in screen time and then you tell me whether or not you have time. You know, like it's that... And for me, the ones who train their muscles for discipline are the ones who are going to really like crush the game. We're definitely like, I don't like too much talking about like, weak and strong, etc. But I definitely feel that there are so many weak minds out there, like so many people who just like, I think it's so easy to actually win today, because most people are so weak.

I'm not sure if it's an issue or not because I train a lot, but I love sweets and I love dessert. I know like sugar is not something like that I should eat as much, but I do eat like shit tons of sugar. Like I love dessert. Like I'm really, really bad at it. Like if I don't eat a dessert after each meal, I'm sad. Like I'm literally like sad.
