For for vegetarians, it was something like two to two and a half years difference.
Wow.
Between the chronological age and biological age being lower.
Yeah.
And for people with heavy ketogenic and paleo kinds of problems.
diets, it was in the opposite direction, two and a half years older than their chronological age.
Well, you know, the distribution of the differences between chronological and biological age is like a bell curve.
So a lot of people are pretty close to their chronological age.
But there's a few people who are further away in one direction, further away in the other direction.
So it's like that bell curve, right?
