It was acquired by Hawk Media here in Los Angeles, which is a very fast-growing growth marketing agency.

Yeah, so they looked at the book of business, and you know how agency acquisitions work.
They're going to look at the book of business and figure out what it's worth to them and what their risk tolerance is there.
And then we made a deal that made sense for Amplify and for me and for my clients to make sure they had a happy home and that Hawk would be able to take the book of business and run with it and a few of my team members to help them run that business.
No, it's not, not, not with this deal.
This is one where it's very healthy business and the clients were high quality clients are very happy.
