She spent twelve hundred dollars on bonsai trees.

And I think that she basically created like loads and loads.

She didn't have a job and she created loads of expensive hobbies to keep her busy that she spent her husband's money on.

The more she did that, the less respect he had for her.

And I think the dad was just like desperately trying to be out of the house as much as possible.

And in lieu of love, he just gave them credit cards.

That is why my mum is never more alive than when I come home ill.

If I say to mum, these are the words that I will say and I know that she just like, it's like it adds another 10 years to her life when I say it.

And she literally is just like, the colour comes into her cheeks and she's like, right, well, you need to catch up on your sleep while you're here.
