And the case had only presented because of travel and the public health guidance.
But on day five, the temperature spiked to 39 degrees.
And that's where we get this.
Yeah.
The cough was more at the start, was there present from day one.
Fatigue was there at day one too, very similar to influenza.
There was a little bit of nausea, vomiting, but that got better very quickly.
And you're right, in fact, the rhinorrhoea in the case report came at the very end of the case.
And it was in this middle from about day five to about day 11 where you've got this potential acute respiratory distress syndrome going on, where you're more at risk of having this problem.
And it had some oxygen support at that time in hospital.
They also tried an array of antibiotics, which were...
you know, concerned whether there was a secondary infection going on.
But by day 12, his temperature returned to normal.
And then by day 15, with the support measures, it was back to normal.
So this is a really interesting issue.
You're now getting into this concept of the reproduction number.
And the reproduction number is basically the expected number of cases generated by one case in the population.
So if it was a reproduction number of one, that means if I had the infection, I would give it to one other person.
Now, one of the things about what we're looking at with the coronavirus is it's looking like it's around about approaching about a reproduction number of three.
So for every one case, you're giving it to three people.
