On the fifth day of deliberations, Kovacs changed her vote.
Had Corrine Kovacs voted her conscience, it would have meant a hung jury and a new trial, which is what Margaret Rudin wants most.
But for Brenda Woods and the rest of Ron Rudin's family, this case is closed.
They were extremely happy. You could just see that.
