We get to skip the fake kitchen stage.
And then the comments were very quickly like, no, both are good.
And I mean, they were overwhelmingly like both are good.
And I was like, okay.
But that's why I love the internet too.
It's like I never would have thought.
And I don't even know how all these people know all these things.
So anyways, with that being said, the question becomes –
Is it good to get her a baby doll, you know, and start changing the baby doll's diaper and get a stroller so when I'm pushing this baby, Tate is pushing that baby?
Is it beneficial to get your toddler a little baby to take care of before you have a sibling come along?
And I thought the answer to that was no, we were going to do baptism by fire, just like bring him home.
But after reading what the comments were saying, they're saying, give her a little baby now and let her start taking care of it.
I don't know.
It's like, I don't know what I don't know.
I just wish somebody would tell me this is the best way to do it.
What I have landed on that I do like is a friend told me when you're in the hospital, because I was debating, should she meet her brother at the hospital or at home?
And the favorite thing I have heard is when you have 30 minutes, like the last 30 minutes before you wind up to go home from the hospital, have her brought up there so she can meet Bubba and then everyone leaves together.
And I love that idea.
But should she have a baby doll that she's pushing while we're pushing him?
I don't know.
