What did I want to say?
Oh, but now there's the whole thing coming out about nonstick pans.
There's a Twitter push going on.
It's Twitter to me.
I think X is like a ridiculous name.
Okay, so this tweet here says, if you have non-stick cookware, get rid of it.
New study, 169% increase in the risk of fatty liver disease in adolescents is linked to PFOA, a forever chemical used in non-stick cookware with every doubling of exposure.
What I think is very interesting, which I just learned, so the pans we're using are Caraway, which they sent to us, so thank you very much, but those Caraway pans are non-stick.
But per the website, Jules, they do not have this PFOA.
Which is great.
But I think as we've learned, you need to treat them very delicately.
To me, the key here is gonna be, like, it's not blowing ourselves up on, like, the eggs are easy.
We have a program.
It's gonna be, like, making sure we never sear a steak.
Like we're always searing our steaks in the cast iron.
Yes.
Because like certain foods, like when you sear, it needs to be super, super hot.
So we're just got to be on like a two pan program.
Which is fine.
One that goes hot and one that doesn't go hot.
