You're doing a good job though right now. Because the biggest thing for me is these floors upstairs because we have to move everything out and then get the wood floors put down and then move back in. That to me is a lot. So I'm really proud of you. You're just trucking along.

I'm with you. I think, okay, I agree with that. I do think in other cities it would be different because like right now Royce can pop by kind of at any time, right? Like you can pretty much get over here and meet him. You're never more than 20 minutes away. Whereas if you have a vacation home, it's like, scheduling them in a finite amount of time.
