And she slept like a baby.
Pun intended.
She slept her classic seven to seven, um, which reminds us.
Yes, we're nimble.
She's about a six 26 30 year, almost, almost routinely.
But what Harrison's saying is if we push her bedtime back to eight, you might think, okay, she'll sleep until seven 30.
The opposite happens.
She gets up earlier and it goes, it's their circadian rhythm.
Like,
7 p.m.
is the sweet spot for a reason, and there's a bunch of, like, data behind it.
I don't exactly know what it is, but we find it to be very true with Tate.
If she goes to bed at 7, she sleeps longer, she sleeps better.
If we push it back, she truly does wake up earlier.
Yeah.
I think, though, what helped with the room is I showed her all the pieces were the same as her old room.
Like, it's your room.
It's just in a new spot.
And I think she really understood that.
