Very exciting stuff.
You guys know Harrison and I are both focusing on our health this year, especially before baby number two comes.
We're trying to get it all dialed by April.
And here's the thing.
We're trying to eat better.
We're trying to feel better.
And we're doing this by exercising.
For me, it looks like just a walk that day.
But for Harrison, he's trying to work out five times a week.
He's eating healthy.
He's like very on his health kick up until the new baby comes.
And here's the thing.
He did function health.
We gave it to my parents.
We gave it to Harrison's parents for the holidays because we are so obsessed with function health and learning about everything that's going on in your body and what you should work on.
