Like, I think gas, not gas station sushi, but strip mall sushi sometimes, you go in there, and that place, like, it smells like the ocean, and everyone's in their sweatpants, but it's full, and people are getting sake.
Sushi Village in Whistler is a great example of this.
It's not fancy.
It's phenomenal food and vibe.
No, 10% service, 10% your company.
