and another piece where the early voting tabulator tapes are not retained, you don't have any provenance that's required by state law on these ballots.
There's over 300,000 ballots that were counted, and there's two aspects of this.
The first is that they were counted
even though they had tainted provenance.
If this was an election, not an election, but a criminal evidence locker, for instance, this data would not be admissible in court.
I mean, the whole provenance behind it has been destroyed.
The second piece though that's staggering is that they know this at the time that they are submitting these counts for accumulation in the statewide voting system.
At that moment in time, they make a choice.
It's a conscious choice to put illegal ballots.
That's what they're called.
They don't have the proper legal authorization to be counted.
They make the choice to count them.
Over 315,000 ballots in Georgia should never have been counted.
And why do we know it's a choice?
Because it was still reversible.
They could have recounted all 315,000 and corrected whatever problem.
Let's say it's not malice, even though it looks like malice, frankly, from an expert perspective.
But the fact of the matter is, let's say it was just an accident.
They decide to throw these 315,000 broken ballots into the system and count them anyway.
This is a conscious choice, not an act.
