That to me,

means that there are certain aspects of Trump and the way that he operates where he demonstrates restraint, even though he is very unrestrained and even though he's very belligerent, there is a method to the madness.

You might not agree with it, and I certainly do not, but there are certain things that he doesn't push too far.

This is one of those instances where he will keep trying to

ham up as much.

He will keep trying to dominate, bully blue states to the best of his ability, blue cities to the best of his ability.

And I do think that there is a decentralized nature to the federal government.

I will say that.

I think this is, I think a lot of this stuff is Stephen Miller's doing.

That's why you see something very different from Trump at times versus like the DHS and everybody else.

I think a lot of this stuff, the immigration stuff is Steve Miller.

I'll give you one example that I know for a fact.

Donald Trump never signed off on the Korean workers getting deported in the Hyundai facility.

That was Stephen Miller's doing.

And not only did he do that, he actually f***ed over Trump's signature trade achievement.

So there are areas where he's just like kind of offloaded the responsibility over to Stephen Miller and Stephen Miller just goes extra hard.

And then Trump has to come in and pull the reins in.
