You can buy a really nice house for like $350,000 there.

It's one of the most affordable States.

And yeah, I don't know.

Yeah, so there's something called ratio theory.

Well, I call it ratio theory.

I had a team.

We were all working together remotely.

I wanted us to all move in together.

Part of how I convinced them to move in with me was I said, let's go to South Carolina.

There's a ton of hot girls there.

And there are.

In Charleston, South Carolina, the ratio of men to women, single women to single men is three single women for every one single man.

So as a dude dating in South Carolina, the ratio is awesome.

Whereas in San Diego, the ratio is the opposite.

It's like three single men for every one single woman.

So I'll see dudes who are hot hunks, chads in San Diego, and they go to church to find a girlfriend, and they can't even get a coffee date.

And then in South Carolina, it's the opposite.
