I think we've gotten too soft.
And I think that comedians should be risky.
But what Jimmy Kimmel is doing is not that.
It's not funny.
And he knows that.
I think this is a test.
I think now that he has his show back after the temporary suspension, after he lied, he wants to push the envelope as far as he possibly can and poke the bear.
That's what he wants.
He's egging on a fight with the FCC.
He's egging on a fight with Trump to see how they will react.
He wants attention.
He wants to be able to play the victim again.
Because his show is back, right?
So he's no longer the victim.
We saw just this week when he was accepting his Critics' Choice Award where he said, you know, this year was so hard for him and it was, you know, a near-death experience for him.
He wants to say, oh, the Trump administration is after me.
They're trying to shut me up again.
This is censorship.
This is fascist.
And what's so irresponsible about this is that he's thinking of the attention and the views and the clicks and the beef with the president without thinking about how dangerous leftists are and what they will do when they see that T-shirt and when they hear that rhetoric.
