Like, when do you really know someone?
Is there something about this person that they're hiding?
Or do people change throughout the years and do you grow together or do you grow apart?
And this is a growing apart that is beyond the average person's experience.
Like people can get new hobbies and things like that, but getting into these weird fetishes and things like that, and even, you know, transgenderism,
cross-dressing, things like this, that is such a huge betrayal.
That is not the person that you agreed to marry.
And in sickness and in health and in all these things, I think that you should try to do your very best to remain together.
But if you are a woman and you agree to marry a man who then decides to transition, for example,
that is not at all what you signed up for.
And that is not at all in...
in line with biblical teaching or, or anything like that.
So I would feel like you were justified in, in ending that relationship.
Um, and I feel the same way about Chris Jenner and Bruce Jenner, you know, Bruce Jenner, iconic Olympian and an athlete and, and sort of this manly man.
And then he decides to go transition and become Caitlin.
And I,
I couldn't imagine remaining in love with that person and married to that person when they don't even associate with the person that they used to be.
You know, trans people call it their dead name.
Like, oh, that's my dead name.
Like, that person is dead and gone now.
