And, you know, there's nothing wrong with having a drink every once in a while.
But if you can't go a month without alcohol, I would really reassess your relationship with it.
You might want it.
It might be fun to go out and drink with your friends, right?
You might want to get a glass of wine at dinner.
But if you...
if you can't make it a month without doing it, that's crazy.
And you know, I mentioned again, and this is like, I'm not trying to be the person who does CrossFit and then they can't shut up about doing CrossFit.
So if I'm talking too much about the 75 hard, please let me know.
I won't be offended.
But like cutting out alcohol is one of the easiest parts for me.
Drinking a gallon of water to me is harder than that.
It's just way harder to drink that much water.
And I put flavoring in it and stuff, but not drinking alcohol is easy for me.
I can go to a social setting and not feel like I need a drink to get through it.
I think some people use alcohol as a crutch.
And like Dr. Oz was even saying in that clip, I think people, it's a good thing.
If you drink in a social setting, it can be a good thing, but I think some people can abuse it.
And it's okay to deprive yourself of things you want.
This treat yourself culture is so toxic.
