But I think a lot of this has to do with social anxiety and people just don't want to put themselves out there.

They're afraid of rejection.

And I think dating apps kind of like...

have ruined dating a little bit where that first level of in-person rejection, you get to skip over that.

You get to skip to the good part.

You know that this person is out there to date and be dated.

And hopefully everyone on dating apps is single.

So you don't have to go up to someone in person and then have them say, oh, sorry, I have a boyfriend or I have a girlfriend, which is not the end of the world, but...
