A judge said he wasn't mentally fit.

He couldn't understand the charges being brought against him, so then he couldn't stand trial, so they let him go.

The difference now is that this lunatic is facing the death penalty, and my guess is that his lawyers are going to play the mentally unfit card to prevent that outcome as long as humanly possible.

And a judge has to sign off on whether or not they agree with the report's findings.

And in the meantime, the case against him will likely be delayed until his capacity is determined to be restored by the court.

That could take a long time.

That could take a long time because they'll have to get him into a mental hospital.

And I was reading yesterday that it's hard to find beds in mental hospitals these days.

They are just overrun and not enough of them.

Again, open the asylums.

reopen them we've got plenty of people that are out here re-offending get him get him help get him the help that they need not that I think that someone that is in this he is in this state of mind I don't think he can be rehabilitated I really don't but when will that be when will his sound mind be restored by the court I don't think that that'll ever happen

This is the same man who said last January that there were materials inside of him that were controlling his body, not him.

And the justice system that has let down everyone.
