I mean, think about all the, you know, anxiety and depression that can be alleviated if you're working out and you're getting outside and you're touching grass.
I know people use the word touch grass as kind of a joke these days, but seriously.
Go outside, feel the sun on your skin, touch grass, go see friends, go be social.
I know not everyone is social and not everyone has friends, but it's important.
It's an important part of life to be social, to see your friends and family, to have hobbies.
That is what makes life great.
We have one life to live.
And why would you want to spend one second of it not being happy with yourself or at least getting to a point where you can feel happy with yourself?
So again, I think there's a lot to be said with this transgender stuff being very closely linked to a poor mental health.
And I think if all of these people could just get help that they need instead of being affirmed in their delusion and their dysphoria, we would see a lot of these people come back to normal and hopefully live out a happy life.
I want to get into this Sal Vulcano stuff.

I remember growing up and watching that show.
Four friends, they prank each other.
They've got crazy dares and things like that.
And Sal Vulcano is a comedian also.
And I was scrolling on TikTok and I saw this apology video.
