Aunt Leanne, what's your fond memory of the buffet growing up?

And all the kids were like, oh, my God.

Mum could have murdered him with the side eye.

But we still went anyway.

Dad's pissed.

We're at Valentine's for kids.

And then Dad proceeded to eat far too much and had to spend the 45-minute drive home with the passenger seat fully reclined, like groaning in pain because he'd overindulged at the buffet.

He was hungry.

How long was he in the dog box with Mum for?

Oh, honestly, not too long because, like, we were farmers, so he just, like, spent a lot of time out on the farm for the next couple of days.

But, like, this is core memory stuff.

Like, I'm 35 now, and this must have happened when I was, like, eight or something.

And, like, we still talk about it.

We still talk about, like, so it was in Napier, which RIP that Valentine's.

Oh, yeah.

But whenever we drive past, we're always like, oh, Dad, remember when you got absolutely smoked and we all went there as a family?

He's like, God, just give me a break.
