You know, he might remember some things we've had in the past.
So no, he was very relaxed about it, genuinely so.

And we've done the same when we've had issues with the Iranians, had issues obviously in Australia, and we've raised our concerns there.
We joined last week with banning three more extremist settlers on the West Bank with Australia as well.
So that's quite normal.
All I was meaning was that we also have raised it with the Chinese directly ourselves.

It's just more that it's a state-to-state issue between New Zealand and China.
So primarily the responsibility sits with me.
The way the question was being worded was, you know, Australia's going to go in and sort it out for us.
Well, no, no, we're quite capable of sorting that out.
But we're very appreciative of them actually raising their own concerns about the issue as well.

There'll often be things that happen in the UK, and we will join with formal statements of support and talk about that publicly.
Look, I mean, on the MP ban, I mean, first and foremost, they're MPs, so they're in what's called the legislative branch of government, not the executive branch.
They should be free to go wherever they want to.
There's been a longstanding practice of going to Taiwan and seeing who you want to see there.
