And so these moments of just shared humanity, what he deemed an awkward moment for us felt very equalizing.

And what we don't like and what we can all feel is when someone is creating a narrative unnecessarily.

Their misgivings, their flaws, their blunders have a little bit more airtime rather than keeping them behind the curtain.
So if you mispronounce someone's name and no one heard you, yeah, you can take that with you.
You can have that lay back and no one will ever know.
But let's say you're in a meeting and there's another mispronounced name.
That person feels embarrassed by it.
Maybe you can then say, you know what?
