That's right.

We were just selling a tiny house and then bought a new owner.

They were lucky they could leave it at the same spot as we were renting the land.

We doubled it.

So we built it eight years ago for $60,000 and it was just material because we did everything ourselves.

And then I guess because tiny houses have become quite popular and somebody was happy to pay double for it when we were selling it.

Outside our deal.

It's a trailer.

We had our own sales and purchase agreement.

So it's a bit of a gray area.

So it's officially transferring a trailer with a sales and purchase agreement on the house.

Well, when we posted it online, we had a lot of interest from lots of different people.

And there was a typical ones with a large property that would like it as an Airbnb on their property.

So taking it away.

We had a lot of people that were new to buying houses and were thinking it's a good way to start that.

And then we had the people that were just really into tiny living, knowing everything about it and being very sustainable.

And we made quite a thorough selection in what we think would fit our house and also with the landlord.

Yes.

And don't forget, we had a very large outdoor space.
