It's a story in your head that's telling you that you are stuck.
It's the story in your head that's not letting life force and action to naturally move through you.
So often what keeps you holding on is attachment.
It's an attachment to an outcome, to an identity, to how you think it should look, to how you want to be perceived.
Attachment is what creates suffering.
When you attach to something and say, this is a reason for my happiness, the universe has to take it away.
The universe has to help you find it without it.
And when I speak about this, letting go doesn't mean about burning everything down.
This is really important.
I'm not talking about like, just leave the job, just leave the relationship.
No, assess how you operate in that.
Is it actually your business or is it the expectations you put on yourself and feeling like you have to be always 24-7 available?
Or do you say you don't like social media, but in reality, you're trying to force these prescribed ways that coaches tell you on Instagram.
