Maybe when you have a dip or you come back into the habitual mind, you can end up talking yourself out of it.

When you set the intention and you move forward, there is a bridge of events that happen to align you with that.
Everything is in relationship.
Everything is working in your favor.
So memory is not stored in the brain.
It's stored in the body.
Especially if there's an emotional charge.
So I can think about that night in that bathroom.
I can vividly remember it.
I'm sure you have some vivid memories with this.
It's because there was a very heightened emotional charge.
And so it creates a deep memory.
And so your gut also is a storage place.
