Maybe there's a fear of losing it all.
Maybe they've seen people lose it all.
Maybe they have a belief that work has to be hard.
And so if they have more responsibility, then they would have no freedom.
Then they won't be there for their family.
This came up for one of my clients where she had a belief that work and business had to be hard.
And so what was her story and then what was the reality that was created?
Life was hard.
Business was hard.
She was burnt out.
She was exhausted.
And it was so interesting.
I was totally able to reframe the story for her.
I was able to give her expansion.
I was able to give her a different way of seeing this.
And I really challenged her on this story.
And within one minute, I could see her whole energy changed around it.
And then all of a sudden we had a solution for the problem she was moving through.
And why I mentioned this example is because it was almost like the solutions were shut off because she was in the story of it is hard.
