It has told you every single time that there was a potential threat or danger.
or trying to warn you, or reminded you of a terrible thing that happened in the past, or it just like had like a little bit of a memory.
It's like it can remind you of something that happened in your childhood, even if it's a totally different situation, a totally different person.
It has always tried its best for you.
But what happens is, is that, yeah, it keeps you in what it knows, which what we then can see is the more limited certainty.
When we have an expanded certainty, which is certainty that all is good, all for the highest favor, because it is, because this is your spiritual evolution, that's giving you something to actually have safety in, to have belief in, because then you can move forward.
Brene Brown studied this and most, so many psychologists have studied this and researchers.
If humans truly feel alone and feel, and the Vedic speak about this, if you feel disconnected from life, if you don't feel part of nature, if you don't think that, if you think you are separate from the divine, you will always feel alone.
You will always feel not enough.
You will always feel like you can't trust life.
You will always stay small.
You will always be in fear.
An example that I like with this is like, imagine a car in the middle of the night.
lost its mum and was just maybe you had that experience when you were a kid and you like lost your mum for a second I remember being in movie world and losing my mum and just feeling like I was gone forever and I was all alone that feeling it's firstly it's an illusion
because then people came and helped me and I found my mom but it's an illusion because we are all of this energy and life is always supporting and you need to and I shared this recently on Instagram about like creating a list on your phone of the moments where life does support you and when universe is for your highest good I can trust life I can be certain because we are more wired for that survival lens of what's my threat what's my threat nervous system what's the threat
So I just believe that having this type of certainty, which is very different to things have to work out the exact same way and that if it doesn't, life doesn't support me.
Not true certainty, that's just control.
You're then able to actually step into the unknown.
You're able to see your potentiality because your potentiality is created in the unknown.
That's when you truly see when it's no longer predictable.
