And that would be for people in apartments that could plug it in.
But what we've seen is people who can afford to take these shocks have been able to get solar.
And people who can't, haven't.
And that's where the government is missing the point.
We know that the costs of energy are affecting income earners that are higher than that now because of the shock increases, because of the rising cost of home heating oil and all of those things.
Because so, of course, our policies have to change with the times.
Sorry, we were in favour of a different approach to what the government took, but we voted in favour of those measures because given the situation that we're in, we recognise that we need measures.
People desperately need it now.
And for that reason, we voted in favour of those measures.
I think this situation needs to be continuously monitored and I think it's welcomed.
There has been supports introduced.
I think it's a shame that people were so pinned to their collar that they had to take to that kind of a protest.
And I think it's representative of a growing feeling of people feeling left behind and ignored by this government.

I think that's really important to highlight.
But the right to protest is a really important one.
