According to the police, the dogs went around his backyard and through his cars. Police say the dogs alerted detectives to some tools as well as two of Britt's vehicles. But testing showed there was no DNA or blood there. Britt said he doesn't know why the dogs would have picked up on the scent of human decomposition and continued to deny any involvement.
