These supermodels, they don't care about personality. Right. care about how big your house is. So I'm like, okay, he's got the real money. And so I'm watching him and I'm thinking, okay, I can't just walk up to him and say, hey, your girl's insanely hot. You're obviously the richest guy here. I can't really say that, right? So I've got to, how do I get in the door with him? So I'm watching him.

Pretty soon he stands up and he's walking out to the valet and I'm like, shit, I'm going to miss my opportunity. And then I thought, oh, now this is early on when we were first building the fund, right? I was still broke. And I'm thinking, oh, I'm going to go out there, and when he hands his valet ticket, I'm going to hand one for mine as well.

But sure enough, we had a little bit of time there, a few minutes.

The only background was the fact that they knew that I had extensive experience hand-to-hand combat training and situational awareness and all of these things. The attorney general knew I had that, but he also knew of the conversation with the CIA guy a year before, who had seen my ability to kind of read a room and say the right words.

And so I was, at the time of this meeting, I happened to be in... in Atlanta, Georgia. I was at a third generation billionaire conference.
