Thanks for having me.
Tracking really well.
Did a big session today out at Brighton Homes Arena with probably a few too many of the boys.
We'd rather have a smaller group, but the silver lining of that is that there's 10 of us having a bit of fun out there and getting to work.
So we're going to have a lot back in the next few weeks, hopefully.
No, it definitely was.
Honestly, I haven't been part of a quarter like that in my life.
We just couldn't do anything and everything they did or they touched turned to gold.
So, yeah, it made us look really slow and sluggish and we looked at a few ways that we can just get a little bit of energy back in our game and...
You know, whether that's a little bit of bringing our weapons and focusing on offence a little bit more to get us in positions to be able to defend a bit better.
I mean, if you can't get your hands on the footy, then you're going to be struggling.
So I don't think we barely had a touch in that quarter, so we just went back to basics.
And contested ball for us, everyone knows that.
It's really important.
It's important for everyone.
And also playing with a bit of flair, which we've seen over the last couple of weeks.
Not at all, Hugh.
Yeah, look, personally I probably hadn't got back to where I'd like to be after that calf injury and even as a group we were sort of just, you could see our form wasn't great going into that Giants game and that was probably, that was the moment where we had to have a look at ourselves.
But yeah, I think...
Personally I haven't really had too many injuries through my career so it's a different challenge for me learning how to deal with that and to come back and hopefully this time around when I do get back out there I'm more ready to go.
