Everything in between. Right. And so the like the thing about Cointelpro is it's very effective because it works. There's no way when you start sewing division. So this started in like the Black Panther movement. and the 60s civil rights era. And when you start sowing division among the ranks and throwing mud on everybody, there's really no answer except to suspect everybody.

And through having those accusations thrown at me and knowing very clearly they're not true that then I realized like, oh, you should be very careful when you throw accusations at someone without proof because you undermine all your credibility when you do that. And if you don't have proof, you're just going way out on a limb, ready to drown yourself.
