But also, just as you touch on there, so many things came back to me at that point that I hadn't thought about for years because I'd left.
It's like your brain sort of goes, okay, now you can think about these things again.
So, you know, some good, some bad, but just a lot, it was a lot to kind of think about, you know, process.
I think it's sort of you put a shield up daily, don't you, sort of thing.
And it's busy.
You don't have time to really think about it.
So something major might happen in one shift or day and
You go home and you think, wow, you know, but then you're back in the first thing the next day again and something worse happens or more, you know, and so you never really get a moment to really take it in.
So, yeah, it's been interesting that because, and I think, you know, as I say, feel lucky in a sense, but some people it's tough, you know.
Yeah, absolutely.

So I'm able to educate people and train people on this subject.
So I'm still able to do that.
And it's a really important thing for me too.
So it's lovely to be able to share the expertise, you know, because it's the thing about being in the police or being a detective is that sense of meaning for work, right?

So I'm still able to do some of that.
