It's the kind of thing that you're used to hearing from about Hugo Chavez or something.
You don't really hear that kind of terminology in British politics.
Politics is supposed to be retail offers.
This party comes along and goes, you know, I'll do this with mortgages.
I'll do this with stamp duty.
I'll do this with schools.

Because if you like it, that's rational, decent retail politics.
