I've recently published a paper on this, Chris, but it was one single truck accident.

And it will be way more than $2 billion to address that, in my opinion.

Firstly, clear away any possible sources of PFAS.
So if you've got old chipped nonstick cookware, for example, my family, I remember we had one of those nonstick frying pans.
It had scratches and possibly had been scoured.
Get rid of that.
Replace it.
treated materials, treated clothing, waterproofing, check the label very carefully.
If in doubt, throw it out.
One of the big pathways is drinking water.
